As a board game designer who works in traditional sculpture for miniatures about ten years, I have to admit that 3D sculpture programs have brought me lots of convenience since I used it four years ago. For example, now I only need to push “Ctrl+Z” instead of waiting for hardness the epoxy clay to repair if a mistake caused during traditional sculpting. The other big advance is very easy to achieve a detailed figure, easily change the miniature scale and improve. In a word, it is really cost effective and timely manner of using 3D sculpt on the computer.
Step 3: 3D digital model complete and ready for making prototype.

Step 4: Digital file is going to the ultimate 3D printer, after sculpturing the details and final polishing, a real 3D model is done.
(**Option 2: If you have
completed a real 3D model locally with enough level of detail, you can skip
Step 1 to 4 and start the process directly from Step 5.**)

Step 5: Make duplication on the 3D prototypes, improved construction and undercutting spots for better mold release, get approval before mold casting.

Step 6: Set up the injection mold, this process will be proceeded by large technical machine, it takes approximate 35days to complete a full set of steel mold, necessary revisions and some modifications will be implemented after test shot, finally a pre-production sample will be confirmed to get molding process complete.

Step 7: Release mass production and proceed with the injection process, take quality inspection during injection cycles, assemble / gluing process to get miniatures completed.

Step 8: Final packaging and inspection process to ensure production finished in high quality. Now you have the customized miniatures ready for play, enjoy it and have fun!
