Steps to create your own board game box

1. Select the size of the game box that you need

2. If you can’t find a box that fits, choose a similar box size by downloading the box PDF template

3. Add your artwork to it and adjust the template dimensions using the editing software

4. On the downloaded template, you’ll see the various margins and bleed lines

5. Once you upload your artwork to the file, you can easily see where it will be cut

6. Ensure that the reservation is for the bleed and margin, and if the artwork falls within the designated boundaries

7. Please upload your completed file to our team for review

What do the lines in the templates mean?

Die Cut lines

These are the main lines that define the shape that the final printed item. Some of them define where the paper will be cut, while others specify where it will be folded. The areas within these lines contain the main graphic content

Margin lines

All important content should be placed within margin lines. This is to avoid that during the printing and assembly process, and due to small displacements of the artwork, important texts or images end being cut or misplaced

Bleed lines

Bleed is there to ensure that after printing, when the papers are being cut, there is enough artwork printed so that it extends beyond the edge of the page. A 18 mm of bleed area is required on each side of the box
