How to make a game
1. Consultation & Quotation
WinGo provides FREE consultations & quotations. When you request a quote, one of our professional board game experts will thoroughly study your custom board game requirements, discuss the specifications with you, and advise you on the most cost-effective materials and solutions that will produce the best results.
2. Design Verification
Working with WinGo Games is simple and easy. Your designated WinGo board game engineer and the entire board game manufacturing technician teams will review your printing files, wood, dice, miniature, and any other components to ensure they are suitable for manufacturing. WinGo will provide professional recommendations and solutions for improvement. Once the Design verification process is complete, we will provide a comprehensive set of digital proofs for approval before prototyping.
3. Prototyping
A Prototyping (or naming Pre-Production Copy) will be created once your files and board game designs have been approved. This Prototyping is a near-final quality version with everything required, including game boards, game cards, rule books, dice, miniatures and etc. It will be sent to you soon. Your designated WinGo board game engineer will review and confirm any final changes before the board game projects are mass-produced via live chat or email.
4. Mass Production
Mass production will commence once the Prototyping has been approved. We will send you the Mass Production Copy (MPC) as soon as the mass production is nearly finished. It is the complete, first full, and final production version of your customized board game. This is the final step before assembling and shipping your entire collection. Once you receive your MPC, our engineer will send you a email to confirm that it is exactly the game you want.
5. Assembling
Your board game or card game will be assembled after you approve the MPC. During the entire assembly and packing process, our quality inspection department will verify and ensure that everything is qualified and consistent with the requirement before packaging. We also ship spare components for replacement part requests from your backers and customers. You will enjoy a 100% satisfaction guarantee from WinGo, once we become partners.
6. Shipping
After the assembly is complete, all your board games or card games are ready to be shipped. WinGo offers multiple shipping options for your games. WinGo, with 17+ years’ exporting experience, has built a strong global shipping network to ship your custom game board in a safe and on time manner, while also with competitive shipping cost. Now that your custom board games have been shipped. WinGo will provide additional marketing support. In fact, a lot of marketing support has started earlier from the consultation and quotation stage if you are running a crowdfunding project like Kickstarter or Gamefound. We’ll help you come up with stretch goal ideas for your Kickstarter campaign and assist in promoting your campaign through our traffic channels to attract more fans and backers to support your game project.
